How to Block or unblock any site easily by my tip

In some systems its like in a college or any other center its unable to access or some sites are blocked.

You can block or unblock a particular site.just follow these steps..
For example:- If you want to block www.anysite.com
 
>For defaultwindows users->Go to c: or your system drive take windowssystem32drivers
  and select etc folder.
 

>There You can see a unknown file  ‘hosts‘.
 

>Open that file using your notepad.
 

>In that  file you can see a proxy no like 127.0.0..1Localhost >Click enter
   and type any proxynumber Example:127.0.0.2 www.anysite.com
 

>Now go to file and simply save that file.
 

>Now
when you open www.anysite.com you will be redirected to 127.0.0.2 site
which is not there So www.anysite.com will not load
 

Note:-The site wont load in any browser untill that site is removed from hosts file by using the same procedure(Unblocking).
